How to lose weight easily

Here are some tips on how to lose weight easily:


  • Have a particular goal set up. A wedding, holiday or even to look good in summer clothes (fit back into your old clothes as well). This will keep you motivated.
  • Buy a Wii Fit from eBay or have a set of scales, to keep track of your weight loss.
  • Buy a hula hoop and use it daily for at least 10 minutes. Try using it to your favourite programme or music. After about two weeks you will start to notice your waist getting smaller.
  • Cut out snacks and sweets/chocolate, instead have fruit if you need to.
  • Try walking at least 5,000 steps a day working up to 10,000. Walking is the best exercise and its free.
  • Try exercise videos on youtube, its free!
  • Try to drink more water.
  • Have a coffee in the morning, a small lunch and a big healthy nutritious dinner.
  • Drink green tea, its a hunger suppressant.
Once you start to see results it will motivate you to keep going!
